Welcome to Eunie Love Studio. By accessing or using our website www.eunielovestudio.com and purchasing products from us, customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the site or making any purchases.

If we discover an error with your order, we will notify you and provide you the option to confirm or cancel the purchase.

All prices are listed in US dollar, unless otherwise specified.  We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.  Payments must be made via the payment methods listed on the Site. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges.

We will process orders once payment is confirmed. Orders are subject to verification and approval. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs procedures.  You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Our return policy allows you to return products within 28 days from the date of recieved item for a refund, subject to certain conditions. Please refer to our Return Policy page for detailed instructions.  Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Eunie Love Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the Site without our express written permission.

By submitting or posting any content (e.g., reviews, comments, photos) on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content in any media format. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States/New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts, and waive any objections to such venue based on the grounds of inconvenience or improper jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, we may attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation or mediation. If informal resolution fails, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of American Arbitration Association in New Jersey.
