Returns & Refund Policy

At Eunie Love Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your product but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you want your money back. Please carefully read our policy below to agree and understand our terms before purchasing.

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe:
In the case for garments and custom print on demand items arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery through return form which is located in the account dropdown menu.  A login account is necessary in order to submit a return form. Once your request is processed and approved, you will be prompted further instructions. You may return your item(s) within 28 days from the date of delivery ONLY if there is a defect in the product or the wrong item was sent.

Condition:
All returned clothing or custom print on demand items must be in original condition meaning unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.  Orders received that are deemed defective due to misprinted or other obvious errors produced from fulfillment centers will receive refund if conditions are met. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items:
-Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
-Underwear, swimwear, and any intimate apparel
-Gift cards or vouchers.
-We do not accept exchanges for colorway or sizing so customers must do due diligence to review sizing details before purchase.
-We do not accept returns for buyers remorse.

How to Return

Step 1: Submit a completed Return Form (located in account dropdown menu) which will ask for the following information:

-Full Name

-Address

-Email

-Order number
-Name of Item(s) you wish to return.
-Reason for return including photos clearly showing defective details or incorrect item.

Step 2: After receiving your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed including any shipping labels to specified location (if applicable) or promo code.

Step 3: Pack the item securely, including your order receipt and original packaging, and ship it back to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Returns with free shipping will be provided for only for specific instances at our discretion.
Please note for US orders, it can take up to 14 calendar days to reach warehouse or fulfillment center.

Refunds

Once your return is processed, received and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the order. We aim to refund you within 5-10 days of receiving the returned item into our warehouse or fulfillment location. If you request a refund for an item during the time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch.  We want to be fair  and understand the circumstance.  Therefore, all refunds will be at our discretion. Refunds are not applicable to bulk orders.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for items for sizing or colorway discrepancies. It is the customer’s responsibility to review details including sizing chart if applicable before proceeding with purchase. 

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives defective from manufacturing process or is incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving product with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a return label to you and issue a full refund ONLY after confirming requirements on our end.  To receive the correct item requires you to submit a new order but don't worry, shipping will be on us with a specific promo code for your replacement order.

International Returns

For customers outside of United States, please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returns are also the responsibility of the customer.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. 

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update our return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
