Shipping Policy

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–8 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- Australia: 2–15 business days
- Japan: 4–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
In addition to hand crafted items produced at Eunie Love Studio located in New Jersey, USA, we also work with print on demand vendors and facilities worldwide that will handle fulfillment of shipments including facilities in North America and Europe.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
 

When checking status of order, please be sure to do the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@EunieLoveStudio.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address please see below detailing terms and conditions.

In the case the carrier can't deliver the items because of a wrong address or the package was unclaimed for a product fulfilled by a print on demand vendor, your package will be sent back to the facility that sent them out. When that happens, you’ll get an email from us explaining that your order arrived back at fulfillment facility to be held for 30 days.  During this time, we will contact you to confirm shipping address to resend.  Please note that shipping charges will apply again so it is a good idea to double check your information when placing initial order. 

If item is a handmade piece shipped from our New Jersey studio, we will reship the item to the correct address only if the undelivered item is returned back to studio.  Please note that shipping charges will apply again so it is a good idea to double check your information when placing initial order.

​Of course we want you the receive our products in a timely matter and to the right address but in the case the carrier can't deliver the items because of a wrong address or the package was unclaimed, it’ll be returned to the default return address.

Domestic and International orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS.
